initial meeting
OUR PROCESS
HOW IT WORKS
Once we plan a date and time, we can have our initial consult in person at a local coffee shop, my home office or over zoom to chat all things wedding. Feel free to bring along your parents, sister or Maid of Honor if we plan to meet in person. It is always great if you and your fiancé are a part of the meeting together. When we meet, we will go over the collections in great detail as well as how you will receive your gallery of images via a custom wedding website. Furthermore, I will have physical albums for you to look through and I will be available to answer any and all questions you may have.

booking
Let the fun begin! Once we decide to move forward together, an electronic contract will be drafted for you to sign, the retainer will be due and homework will be delivered. From this point on, prepare to be spoiled rotten!!

Engagement Session
We typically shoot your engagement session within the same season that of which you will be getting married. When you can, let’s get this on the calendar and get to planning locations, outfits and more!

Final Meeting
Homework is due and gold stars for completion will be given out. We will use this time to go over your final shot list and timeline. (Don’t worry, we work on this together through the planning process. This meeting is typically booked 2-3 months out from wedding day. (You know we are getting close now!!!)

Shortly after wedding day and you return home from honeymoon, you will find a full gallery of images delivered to your inbox and a link to your completed custom wedding website to share with friends and family. If you purchased an album, you will get an email directing you on how to best select your images so I can construct an album for your review.

We made it! We will be there every step of the way with you capturing all your biggest moments, even the ones you don’t see. Make sure you remember your most important job today, RELAX. Enjoy this day, embrace every minute. It goes so very fast! You can trust us!

How long does it take to get our images back?
The contract will ask you to please allow 4-6 weeks, but if you were referred to me by another couple, I am sure you know you get your images back MUCH faster than that!
Will we own the rights to our photos to download, print, and share?
Absolutely! You will have the right to do all of those things. Your images are high-resolution images that are watermark-free. You simply cannot edit, alter or sell your photos.
Do you travel?
1000%! WE LOVE TO TRAVEL! Please see our section on Destination weddings. Do not be weary to ask if we travel domestically or internationally. We happily do both. There is also a different pricing guide for domestic vs international weddings.

Engagement Sessions
The reason an engagement session comes complimentary with the booking of any wedding collection is because they THAT important! Not only does it allow you to have gorgeous images to celebrate this exciting time in your life, it also allows me a chance to get to know you both better. These sessions are meant to be fun!!! I want you both to feel confident, comfortable and learn which poses are authentic to you. I promise you will feel like such pros on wedding day because you had the engagement session to practice. We will use this time to teach you our posing tricks, which allow us to shoot portraits on wedding day with effortless efficiency.
THE IMPORTANCE OF
This means, more time to ENJOY your wedding and LESS time away from it.
Whether it is for your engagement session or on your wedding day, pups are MORE than welcome. Including your fur babies really helps personalize your images and absolutely ups the ‘cute factor’. Please be sure to bring along a helper or handler which will ease your stress and don’t be afraid to dress up your pups. Floral neck wreaths, a leather or rope leash, cute bandanas or a full-on pup suit are all great ways to help them coordinate with you and the occasion.
